So he may ‘just be on or over the limit’ in the US

And especially In a court of law – and it don’t matter what race you are- but statistically in the US if you’re black you are statistically atleast 5-7 times more likely to get a prison sentance so count yourself lucky

i can drive at .32 better than most old people… it doesn’t conform to our ‘getinthefuckingboxandtakeheed’ but its err the truth. im not very good at driving on mdma and ketamine tho. i’m quite ok with that combination being disallowed

Up to a year in jail on a first offence, so you’d better come up with better reasons for not going to jail than you are white, male, and insensitive to actions having consequences. There are a lot of lifers inside who need some fresh meat to savage.

Mind you, if the judge is feeling that you fessed up and complied at every level, then they might give you a suspended prison sentence. You don’t do the time then IF and only IF you don’t get caught doing naughty things again. There is no minimum time for a 1st DUI offence so you might not do any jail at all.
