  • Hi to all. Water is important for everyone and we all know that. I heard lot that we should drink lot of water but how much? Tell me how much water we should drink in a day. Reply soon. Thanks.

    about 2 ltrs a day if you’re an average woman and 3 if you’re an average man (roughly)

    I think 12 to 16 glasses of water are enough to maintain the health and to fulfill the water needs of the body.
    I drink roung about 15 glasses of water daily.

    It’s 8-10 8 oz glasses daily and if you’re exercising its more like 12-14

    Depends on a lot of factors, but generally water will do a lot more good than other drinks.

    Other factors are environment and changes in environment. In a hot dry climate you’d better drink a lot until you get used to it.

    Very humid climate, drinking too much might be a problem because there’s only so much sweat you can produce and the humidity means the sweat doesn’t evaporate.

    In general most people are OK drinking water (they’ll just piss out the excess) but people with kidney problems do have to take care with their fluid intakes – again, only so much water processing ability.

    Proper amount of the water in daily routine is needed to run different body function.
    It is enough to drink 10 to 14 glasses of a water during a day to fulfill different body needs.
