Hello,

I have noticed people seem to be getting a bit lost recently when trying to embed certain things on the forum (no thanks to my shoddy explanation) It is hard to explain on the forum cos if you type the BB code to show someone, it will vanish cos it thinks you are trying to embed something. So here is my ultimate gudie to embedding
