Unless your Dad works on old tractors or collects British motor cars older than you are if you leave the metric ones alone you should be OK 😉
On that note, some dude on another forum who lives where Itsamagicting does is an engineer and put the gauges from his old welding kit above the fireplace along with other stuff he collected from his work, and then uploaded a photo of this to the forum.
It was sharp enough to see what the items were but not the exact scales of them. So I mistook them for a wall mounted barometer and thermometer, tried to read them and was thinking “bloody hell, they really do get some extreme weather up North” :laugh_at:
