i’ve been back in the country now for 6 days and im still in america’s time band i’ve been up constanly what the fuck am i to do

I sure hope N.L.O.T.F. has managed to get to sleep by now! This was 6 years ago. 🙂
i find it well hard to sleep when i come off of weed for the first few nights
Coming home from the US is the worst tbh. I remember coming back from America about 2 years ago though on a 9pm EST flight landing about 7am GMT. I had a headache, so asked one of my friends if she had any headache pills.
“Sure” she said and passed me what she said was ‘Tylenol’.
About 30 minutes later I started getting jumpy and twitchy – familiar feeling that I normally get when coming up on phets… I asked her wtf she gave me. Turns out it was her ADHD medicine. 90 minutes before a 9 hour flight back home.
Needless to say I was a little dicey driving home the next morning >.<

If you can’t sleep then try to avoid over eating in dinner. Drink a glass of milk before going to bed. it helps in sleeping well. I am sure that your problem will be solved.

I think most users of this site are well past the stage where a glass of milk’s gonna help us drift off man…
