i’m stayin round a mates whose got this big old garden, all overgrown. we all like growin stuff and havin nice stuff to look at, and i was feelin bored, so i mowed the lawn and dug a hexagonal patch.
planted some heather, various flowers, lettuce and cabbage, green beans up a wall, and we have loads of seeds to plant next sunny day!
i stacked all the turf up, made a little seat that im gonna cover with more grassseed. turf bench-u-like…
woo-hoo spingolopolous!

excellent stuff! any particular reason for the hexagonal patch though? is it some hippy magic to make things grow better, or just that it looked good?
it’s fun to plant things but I always face the moral dilemma about killing the poor little slugs when they’ve been munching ya radishes!! planting things is fun, but I hate weeding with a passion!!! :crazy_fre grrrrrrr
nice one sounds quite cool…though wil you not have to use something to hold it all in shape or when it rains the bench will become mishapen, not sure if the grass roots are strong enough.
this is true, it has chicken wire under a few layers. 😉
a freind of a freind came round today with his two kids, elis, who is 6 and robin, 4. they were wicked. we planted some stuff and investigated the attic, and washed the car ( or got it dirty and climbed on it) and ran around a lot chasing each other. absolutely wicked fun. kids kick arse. ( literally in robins case).
also went to brighton earlier, to help a mate photograph the floor ( those weird signs like arrows and circles with crosses in that workmen leave). whats every one else been up to?
went out on friday to Dogma and spent the rest of the weekend with a girl im seeing….all day today sitting in the sun on a secluded spot by the river with buckfast and merrydown. Perfect day for it, but i would have killed for some decent hydro or a box of hawaiians.
good old buckfast aye 🙂 im yet to find any down here, might have to get you to send me some down in the post…ive spent all day doing the sound at a makina/happyhardcore thing 🙁 it was good for a bit, but gets a bit tiresome after 4 hours, specially if your totally sober and trying to stop little kids nicking your mics
its a bit more difficult to find now as its fairly lethal…best shops to try are those like costcutter. but if your up for the party on the 16th ill have a bottle attached to my jacket.
Tomorrow I shall be continuing my very long weekend with some salvia and a bag of hydro as i camp in the forest by the river with a mate before back to mine to pooter on me decks and test out Munch’s new audio interface and my recently “aquired” copies of ableton 4 and reason 3.0.
A little late this year, but my veg is being planted Sunday, Last year went well, But this year the hose pipe dose not reach due to making to many, two chamber bongs!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
Hows the garden doing? :bounce_fl:bounce_g::bounce_fl

By now there should be all kinds of new plant species growing about in that patch. With all sorts of hexadelic plant shapes xD
