It’s 3:09am and I should be asleep……and so should you!!!
Well I just woke after a short sleep. Few hours yaa. If i stay awake could be a productive day i suppose 😛 😛 😛
So true…
staying up late, workin in the night is the way forward… living the dream getting up early strong coffee here we go lets do it and all u that dont r a big disgrace to society and look how hard im working cos im chasing that £ has far too many parallels with giving head
If i dont do fuck all in the day, sleep is pretty much impossible. Thats what used to piss me off when i had no job. I would literally not sleep the whole night, then get some sleep in the morning. Thats why I ike Blueies.
I usually don’t go to bed until like realistically 3 or 4 am, and then I have to be up at 7 so there’s really no point in trying to sleep for 3 hours, that’s like torture
take a vallium earlier on in the night, then sleep.
I took 50mg of val last night and still didn’t drop off til 6am. Seemingly immune to zopiclone when that was prescribed to me too. Currently undergoing tests to find out why I seem impervious to downers, or have the tolerance of a particularly pissed off rhino on coke.
dipenhydramine 100mg (maybe 150-200mg..) + diazepam or better xanax 2mg. you will fucking KO. also eat the right things, no caffeine before bed. have regular sleeping patterns and meals and only use your bedroom for sleeping. your body will sync and learn to go to sleep at certain times. exercise too if you don’t, and if you do… exercise more you wimp.
also COMPUTERS AND SCREENS ARE THE WORST FOR STAYING AWAKE!!! If i’m on my laptop i can do an all nighter EASILY.
here’s also info about meatonin the thing which gets you to sleep, i suggest you read further if you’re unaware.
Having the lights on before bedtime could result in a worse night’s sleep, according to a study to be published in the Journal of Endocrinology
Light dependence
Production of melatonin by the pineal gland is inhibited by light to the retina and permitted by darkness. Its onset each evening is called the dim-light melatonin onset (DLMO).
It is principally blue light, around 460 to 480 nm, that suppresses melatonin,[32] increasingly with increased light intensity and length of exposure. Until recent history, humans in temperate climates were exposed to few hours of (blue) daylight in the winter; their fires gave predominantly yellow light. Wearing glasses that block blue light in the hours before bedtime may avoid melatonin loss. Kayumov et al. showed that light containing only wavelengths greater than 530 nm does not suppress melatonin in bright-light conditions.[33] Use of blue-blocking goggles the last hours before bedtime has also been advised for people who need to adjust to an earlier bedtime, as melatonin promotes sleepiness.[34]
When used several hours before sleep according to the phase response curve for melatonin in humans, small amounts of melatonin shift the circadian clock earlier, thus promoting earlier sleep onset and morning awakening
you can also buy melatonin pills, i’m not sure how good they are so research if you consider getting them.
also serotonin is linked to sleep, i used to take 5-htp before bed and it gives a serotonin boost and aided me in sleep. i combined it with valerian root too.
i think chemicals to help you sleep (benzos, antihistamines etc) are generally a fucking bad idea and should only be used infrequently.

Thanks for all the advice but im already quite aware of all that. Did try melatonin tabs once but considered them a fail when they did nothing in 4 nights, hadn’t considered though you should give them like a week to build up in your system. Plus im pretty certain my bi_polar fucks with my sleep due to naturally fluctuating levels of serotonin, dopamine and melatonin.

It is quite clear to me you have too much energy and drive.
I suggest you find an agreeable mate, have lots and lots of sex with them, and then you should find sleep a lot easier. Although if they’re really horny that might not be an option…
… sigh. “Once more unto the breach, dear friend, once more…”

Yeah man, a good hardcore 1-2 hour sex session sends me straight to sleep. If we want to go longer even better, who needs sleep what you got a hot piece of ass moaning away in your bed.
