whilst cigs are bad for you, this is extreme by any nations standards!
An Indonesian man has been given compensation after a cigarette he was smoking exploded, taking out six teeth.
Andi Susanto, 31, told Indonesian media the cigarette had blown up in his mouth while he was riding a motorcycle.
He accepted a payment of 5m rupiah ($535; £335) and all his medical costs from PT Nojorono Tobacco, makers of the brand of cigarette he was smoking.
Police are investigating what caused the blast, but Mr Susanto said he would try to give up smoking now anyway.

I think the old boy is speaking bull shit, I used to ride motorbikes all the time. I could never smoke much over 10/15mph as the wind would blow the cherry and make it burn out too quick.
I tried cigars but the same thing happened just took a bit longer.
(a fag would last about 30secs at a push, this included hiding it out of the wind)
most men in SE Asia are pretty much born with a cigarette in their mouth, and yet few of them explode – there aren’t even that many suicide bombings compared to the Middle East because the Islamic governments are actually harsh on extremists, after all they’ve already got Shariah law there, what more do they want?

nah, these mopeds are easily at 20/25mph + and weave in and out of lanes and all sorts (its amazing anyone is left alive the way people use vehicles in SE Asia)
it is remotely possible this chap’s teeth were already false and made of inflammable celluloid but I didn’t think these falsers were still made in recent times, they were banned for this very reason when smoking first became popular! Then again anything is possible in SE Asia..
