today I put a big pair of pliers in my tool rool – they should be glad that I do not travel to Manilla, track down these spammers and start extracting teeth (the pliers are only because I am building a big electric switch panel today for the comms room at our new offices). they used to claim in victorian London that gangs of Chinamen went around extracting teeth (to re-sell for falsers), but to be fair they got the teeth from folk what were already brown bread, usually those who had been hanged.
during my Catholic education we read in the Bible there would be wailing and gnashing of teeth for those who ended up in Hell, so the damned would need sufficient teeth to gnash, and even in Heaven you’d still want teeth (and most people by the time they croak haven’t got a full set) – so even for the religious they must either provide falsers or regenerated ones in the afterlife so it doesn’t matter how many you started off with..
