Well after years of trying numerous prescribed and non-prescribed medicines for my insomnia, the doc seems to have finally found a combo that touches me. It’s the depression that beat me in the end.
Just had my first minor breakdown since my discharge, pretty certain the medication is doing fuck all, maybe worsening, my depression. But I don’t find Christmas an enjoyable time anyway.
