  • I’ve just ordered the ‘perfect push up’ and the ‘confidence Ab master pro’ from a certain on-line store.

Cost me about as much as I’d spend on a couple packets as well. My mates have these things and they actually work, I’m going to get on the fitness trip again and i won’t even have to join a gym this time.

can’t believe last year i was spending 60 quid a month on the gym and didn’t even fucking go to it!!

these look interesting – I would like to build up my upper body as although I am not unfit a lot of my muscles are concentrated on my legs due to cycling.

I managed to dig up some details of Vladimir Putin’s fitness régime but it involves abstaining entirely from alcohol and substances and a 06:00 start for a entire hours hard PT before a 12 hour workday

I’ll let you know how i get on with em dude. 😉

cheers. I always laughed at folk what drove to gyms to pedal bikes what went nowhere :laugh_at:

that said, I’m toying with the idea of building some sort of exercise machine what uses the power to generate leccy as I want to build a eco-friendly UPS which uses renewable power for my servers, as EDF leccy can be sketchy here. That way I can be self sufficient/resillient and keep fit!

Haha cool man, keep us posted on that!

Yeah i am somewhat against the idea of gyms now.

I’m just gonna do it myself, get some running shoes and maybe a push bike. Also there is a gym which i plan to use once a week and it’s 4 quid to use so 4 quid a week ain’t too bad.

I wanna get ripped. Fed up of being a skinny toe rag lol!

    10 days no fags :bounce_fl:bounce_fl

    voracious apetite though :hopeless:

went to look round a new gym – pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc swayed it for me – decided I want some pampering too as well as exersize

    keep it up tg.

i failed on the cig front last night, had gone 7 days without any, then went riffraff last night, cained mudma and too many beers and then went and bought a 20 deck

no more though, its a set-back not a complete failure

those wear my xact words when i baught a pack after having been smoke free for 4 mnths. within 1 week i was back to smoking 20 a day.

its a slippery slope. tread carefully!!

I used to have more of a problem keepin weight on, I gave up smoking 7 years ago and I guess slowed down on everything else but gained on the alchohol habit to compensate.
I am at least 4 stone heavier depsite soem efforts to shift it. I cant go running the damage of a good 8 years pounding warehouse floors has left me struggling to walk at times let alone run !!

Got my perfect push up unit yesterday. God damn my arms hurt like hell now.

These things are awesome, One properly done ‘perfect push up’ is the equivalent of 5 normal ones,

I recommend you get em GL. raaa

    sack the gym

last year I got the fittest ive ever been by running, pressups, pullups and a few dumbbells exercises + excercise ball workouts.

Nothing major, maybe 3 hours worth of hard excercise each week as I enjoy feeling fit

no gym, no money – only thing i spent money on was brown bread and lots of chicken lol!

I also think the long term benefits of this sort of excercise far outweigh a gym. Think about it- a gym machine is designed for one “set” body. Its not unique down to your own body’s build up. Over the years you will probably do more damage to yourself than good in the long term side of things.

Use a dumbbell, good set of trainers (I got some nike air 95’s for 40 quid on ebay) – and work to your bodies flow and means.

Not only that but I saw some wonderful seasons whilst being out on runs/walks – the beauty of mother nature at its best. Its also very peaceful and calming on the mind!

Damn i love feeling fit! I’ve only just started exercising again since september and god damn my shins are killing! In for a penny out for a pound though 🙂

Ohh yeah and for the record doing 60 sit ups a day will do jack shit to you really but kill your abs! I’m all about core stability as this holds your posture and supports everything you do in the day.

Variate your abs workouts with other strengthening exercises, lower abs upper ab’s mid abs obliques etc. But remember CARDIO! get out there and do some running or fast walking – then you will feel and see results!

Man im so glad im kicked weed again lol

I go to gym twice a week. I think it is very healthy. It is not so expensive there … 🙂

Good ntrition is an essential part of sport performance and futher creation exercise. Activities, such as cyclin, delete your body and your health of nutrients to provide energy for the workout itself.
