anyone remember that shitstorm of a festy they tried to put on?

looked like one of the best psy line-ups in Britain … more so than Glade … what happened …

Well I haven’t been to an Antiworld since 2004, but they were fucking good then.

And I saw Infected Mushroom live last year and they were fucking wicked.

So I think I’ll risk it.

the only thing i am worried about is the venue .. i have been there twice .. first time i got punched in the face tring to buy drugs of some dude … then he tried to snatch the score i had in my hand .. he didn’t get it .. i ran out to the enterance to where the bouncers where and this girl …the guy who punched me’s m8 … ran out after me screaming …he stole my fucking £20 … and i still had it in my hand .. so the bouncer grabed me and tried to take my fucking monie off me and give it to them cunts .. luckaly my m8 poped up at the same time and made a grap for the cash .. it got riped into 3 pieces .. i had one half the boncer had the otehr .. and my m8 had the metal strip in the middle .. so even tho i lost £20 as it was unuseable .. at least then fucking cunts didn’t get it ….

the second time i went there was for a m8 b-day .. and i tried to perswade him not to go after my first experiance .. and that time he got the shit kicked out of him ..couldnt see for like 4 weeks after his eyes were that damaged …. some cunt grabed this buda chain off my m8s neck .. it was worth like £2000 .. it’s kina his fault for wearing it imo .. but still … its not right … he knocked out the first dude .. then 3 more apeared and kicked the crap out of him … end of everning for all 6 of us …. and his parents .. as he was that mashed up we had to call them to come to the hospital …

they were both d+b nights mind you .. but still .. i just dont trust that place :yakk:

Eek! Sorry to hear all that but I think it was more to do with the crowd than the venue. I’ve been to many happy psy and hard dance events at the Coronet. It is a fantastic venue for the right promotion and has that big main room effect the Infected Mushroom need, like the Academy but without the arse of the slopping floor.

So who went then? Deffo one of the best nights Ive been to. The Infected Mushrooms are just pure talent.

Nice venue too. Especially with the balcony on top. Was useful when the Infected Mushrooms were playing, as there was not alot of room to dance downstairs :laugh_at:

Anyone go the after party down the road? We went but didn’t end up going In, couldn’t afford it. Besides, I had way more fun getting skanked with washing powder outside. Before I could get It out for a link, the lad “went to the shop”. Also I had just necked a bottle of vodka In my defence :weee:

Nah. Climate Camp instead, which was fucking wicked. Gutted I missed this though.
