  • I’ve had insomnia for the past 3 months (ish) now. I’ve been to the doc’s and got some zopiclone (the taste… ergh) but obviously don’t want to use it every night. I’m at a complete loss and just wondered if people have any tricks that help them sleep?

    Tricks that aren’t necessarily chemical based anyway 😉

      Have a bit of the same problem, really hard to get yourself together every day because of the lack of sleep.

      Had the same a few years back and got different advices from people here..

      • Exercise
      • don’t eat right before bedtime
      • Forget about coffee and tea at night
      • Stay away from sweets
      • Have a break with the drugs (if you take any)

      It partly helped me but I ended up taking sleeping pills too. My doctor gave me pills for 3 weeks and told me to take them every day in that period to get my normal sleep pattern back.
      It really helped me but for different reasons it’s back and I feel more or less dead most of the time.Like walking in a bubble :crazy_diz
