You won’t get hardly anything for old handsets. The reason you get more money for newer nones is they refurbish the phone and sell it on making more money in the process.
Old models mean less interest and money so you’ll get only get peanuts for em!

Bad shit man. Well if you wanna get a Iphone on contract you can get a free 3GS (8gb) from Orange atm. that’s what I’ve done.
I was meant to swap my old one and 50 quid to a mate to get his old PS3. Now though I think I’d prefer the 170 quid.
Plus his ps3 is really old so who knows how long it has left!!
I have an iphone 3gs lying on my desk. As much as everyone went on about I thought it would be amazing and I used it for 3 weeks and cou0ldn’t handle it. Rubbish battery life, slow as hell and so restrictive.
I’ve jailbroken it and currently only use it for physics formulae, declining latin verbs and timing steaks.
The latest android phones (well definitely the Samsung Galaxy S and HTC Desire) piss all over it for speed, usability and generally being amazing.
I’m getting a iphone 4 next week to jailbreak so I’ll play with it and see what it’s like but when I first tried it out it was still pap. Could barely tell the difference. I think I need some sort of tool to kill any running aps to get it up to speed.
