I didn’t know you could play the tibia! I’m gonna remove mine later and try and see if I can get a sick bassline out of it!

Lol I had to read that twice to check I wasn’t suffering a case of alcohol induced dyslexia. As I’m not drunk I suspected my eyes did not deceive me. S’pose it’s a better name than shin bone. Always thought mandible is quite a cool bone name.

I used to have Osgood Schlatter Disease when I was younger …

Also known as tibial tubercle apophyseal traction injury and epiphysitis of the tibular tubercle.

^^ try saying that when you’re drunk lol

What is that exactly if you don’t mind me asking?
Although if you don’t want people to poke at a wound don’t show it them lol.

I’m not entirely sure my self lol … It’s something along the lines of (at least in my case) my leg muscle was too tight and pulling on the little bit of bone at the top of my shin called the tibia, making it swollen and painful. It can be caused by injury or simply just be a growing disorder that goes away when you get to roughly 18ish.

Fair enough. Why are medical conditions rarely as interesting as the name suggests? Lol

    Probably cos it’s Latin 😉

Everything sounds more exotic in Latin!
