I definitely get hallucinations from MD, never in daylight though, so no pink elephants walking down the road.
I find myself seeing flashbacks of the night when lying in bed, like a snapshot of a person infront of me as clear as a photo.
Other times the shadows become figures and start moving, sometimes I see small people walking around my room (quite faintly though).
They usually morph into an object that is actually in the room when I really focus on them.
Another one is when I’m totally fucked looking at a TV you totally zone out and forget whats happening, like the whole frame of reality twists away, and eventually snaps back to where it should be.
This is usually followed by “oh man I’m so fucked”.
