If it came from an MDMA making process I’d say it’s either from one that didn’t go correctly and is contaminated with other shit, compleatly the wrong layer from the fractional distilation process or cut with something that doesn’t look too nice.
TBH it looks like it was made in a ghetto chemist’s kitchen.
