cheers mate. im registerd with the local harm reducation service and part of their needle exchange program where they provide sterile spoons, filters, never share needles (the coloured ones), sterile water and swabs.
i know the importance of never using needles someone else has used. especially within the crew i hang around.. most of them have hep c or worse (im fortunate enought to be negative, i was tested about a month ago and always even use my own snorty tube when sniffing k)

since i havent touched a needle in 5 days my hands have started to clear up. I didnt think they were bruised untill i took myself out of the enviroment i was in and had some clean time then i was disgusted with the state of my hands and found a few bruises up my forarm. this really put me off IV’ing and if and when i do decide to use needles again it will definatly be IM (ive tried IM once, after getting really stressed about not being able to hit a vein, i loaded a new needle and IM’d at the top of the arm. cant really recall the affects as i was already pretty spangled. but im sure it did something)

my nose is FUCKED. luckily i dont actually have a hole in my septum though, like alot of my friends do. But when i sniff a line it just flies straight to the back of my throat and i cough. its dirty.

i actually know the girl who did jemermy kyle.. was she a twin? my mumwas watching JK one day and when i saw her in the evening she said “Oh, i taped an episode of JK i think you should watch.. we should sit down and watch it together” You should have seen the look on my face when we watched it and i had to explain to her that we are friends and have hung around together alot. Shes doing really well now though.. moved up to scotland to be with family and is having her bladder rebuilt. completly off the ket.

my bladder is OK-ish. Since ive been using more the past couple of weeks ive noticed theres a slight burn when i pass urine. no blood or anything but m pretty sure its on its way at some point :/ which im terrified about oz theres no other pain like it. which is kind of why im choosing to IV as i understand it passes the bladder/kidneys/liver when IV’d. Smaller doses are needed to get a high and your not putting half a g to a g all in one go down your throat, into your stomach and then into the bladder. correct me if im wrong tho..
