so many people moan about england and shit it is, fucking hell, grow up, we could be poor souls in Japan, Haiti ect. made me think twice about whining about how cold the UK is thats for sure

Every now n then – something awful happens on a scale that just shuts me right up feelin sorry for myself. Just puts it all in perspective eh? Can’t imagine anything on this scale – my thoughts are with anyone affected by this :group_hu

on a fault line/volcano of some kind? i have family who live there and we visit lots of suspect looking hot-springs when i visit.

10 points for you! Yeah at Yellowstone National Park we have the Yellowstone Super-volcano, one of the largest volcanoes in the world!

Not saying the quakes are related to it but if a big one does hit that specific area then I can’t see any good coming from it. Not saying it’ll go up but that’s the one place we don’t want a big quake hitting!

You won’t hear about this from mainstream media sources at the moment. Check twitter and other agencies, often these are the best places for information. This situation has been fucked since it first started but the authorities / media didn’t tell the world as to not cause a mass panic.

The French even came out earlier (sourced from Reuters) and said that the events in Japan are rated at 6 on a scale of serious nuclear incidents. The worst event was the Chernobyl disaster and on the scale that was a 7.

Also you know this is bad cos the scale only goes to 7!!!! :crazy:
