personally think that although this is a massive tragedy it should not be used as a campaign against nuclear power. It is true that when an accident does happen it is tragic, but given the frequency of these accidents is very rare when you think how many nuclear stations there are on the globe. The result is horrific but does the globe less harm than burning fossil fuels. Nuclear accidents can largely be contained but millions of tonnes of greenhouse gasses are pumped into the atmosphere every day doing far more damage, and although it is a sad thing, fact of the matter is that renewable energy sources are just not efficient at the moment.
I’m sure you will all disagree with me but I think it’s worth thinking about.
you made me pissed off you see, so I had to opose you….this is really a nail in the coffin of the nuclear industry….these plants in mentioned where to be fail-safe….so much fail-safe for you..
