where is the picture from? is it Japanese?
half of these seem to come from Japan, it seems that some towns and cities are laid out so there are parks in the middle of them that are filled with plants and flowers, and pre-school age children, and old folk who either don’t have kids or theirs are grown up / emigrated and actually take cats for walks (or go for walks with them). maybe the sheltered housing is in the middle of this park – which would make sense as then all these vulnerable creatures are kept away from the road – as there seem to be a great number of old Japanese people who seem to have all the time in the world for wandering around the park with various animals and taking photos (maybe they look after the plants and flowers).
Seems like a good idea, we should do that here as well..
