I thought it was alkaline, although now I think about it I would have no idea why.

Yeah it may have alot to do with eating habits … as you’ll get a build up of acid over periods of not eating and if you eat when your stomach has too much acid in it’ll make the acid rise up in your stomach and get into your pipes easyer as there is little room for it all. (this is guess work .. but an educated guess)

I’ve had k cramps with super super pain which lasted 3 days and i was waking up in the night rolling around moaning in severe pain unable to move from my bed pretty much the whole 3 days. Never considered going to a hospital about it though. the first time i got them i was doing tramadol non-stop which did help but not that much, that one was fucking severe and lasted 2-3 days as well but it was nothing like the one waking up in the night basically crying in pain.

how long did your cramp last for?
