antacids…or however you spell them…works a treat can pick them up at pharmacyy….forgetting the brand name its really pissing me off, in those funny blue packs!
Alka-Seltzer, Andrews Antacid, Gaviscon, Milk of Magnesia and Pepto-Bismol are the one’s I’ve heard of … there’s a few more tho I’m sure. I think you were talking about Alka-Seltzer as they have blue packets. I like Gaviscon myself – really soothing for heartburn.
Well i’ve suffered from chronic cramps since monday i believe, still in pain now this morning but it’s ok (i hope) before bed i drank 2 pints of milk and a load of water and i managed from 10pm til about 6.30am without pissing, woke up a couple of times needing a piss but managed to hold it in well.
Can’t believe it’s hurt for this long, quite scary just wanna be able to get fit but can’t do much with a stomach like this!

I have heard alot of different ways to relive the dreaded K cramps does anyone know of any research that advises on how to get rid of the K cramps for good because when I was a ket head I started to get them and when I stopped using they continued for a good few months and then disappeared and from what I had been told from long time ketamine users is that because it cystalized in your body you are stuck with them for good but I wasn’t anybody know why???
Or am I just the choosen one lol

well i’ve read a few stories of people who were on k for years and after stopping completely recovered and these people were completely destroyed while using.
maybe the crystallized ketamine removes itself around a period of abstinence obviously factors such as amount used and duration used for will have to be taken into consideration.
there’s so much bullshit info on k because it’s fairly new. i don’t believe k stays in the bladder for ever at all. i think the bladders which get destroyed by it have just been completely rotted away from overuse. i’ve noticed it effects females much much worse than males, don’t know of any guys who’ve had bladder surgery but i hear of way worse health effects from girls. also i read recently on that itv k news report that the people effected worse by k addiction are young females.

I do know a guy who was one of the first to have to have his bladder removed, and know of a few more. It does seem to affect girls more often but extended heavy use can damage anyone, although we’re talking about all day most days for years. Most people who stop and give their body a chance to recover and look after themselves otherwise e.g. exercising, healthy diet and lots of water to flush it all through seem to be OK but this can be easier said than done…
Recently when i did some k and started getting ill off it i went to a tap and literally forced water into myself til it hurt, then stopped and did it again, then stopped and did it again, then stopped and did it a little more. burped a fuck load and the next day did the same while still doing k and i felt completely fine after doing this!?? obviously in reality i wasn’t fine but it did help loads. i find some of the k gets stuck in some places inside you and you have to drink loads to fully rinse it all out.
