If you look back through my posts on here you will see I had a big problem with Ketamine. I have since realised that the drug is dirty, Makes you feel and look like a mongole. I have now learnt to say no.
This is the best thing your mate can do. No one can help him except himself. All my mates still offer it me at clubs and after parties yet I still say no even though I am dying to say yes and I have not not touched the stuff for 2 months even though it’s offered to me on a plate every weekend.
Just the feeling of pride at stopping is keeping me saying no.
