After the war KLM allegedly was the airline that transported senior SS & Nazi war criminals to South America. It actually turned a blind eye to the fact and when the US government asked them to vett there German passengers they refused.
There is to be an enquiry into this by the Dutch government.
Whilst I think its time to stop all the Nazi hunting as all the major players of the Holocaust have been caught or are dead. Theres a few old men who were guards or something in my opinion they should be left now but this KLM thing needs investigating.
Also IG Farben chemicals & Ikea also need to come clean on a few things involving forced labor during WWII…
*IG Farben ceased in November 2003 it basically ran & profited of Auschwitz.
Hugo Boss also designed & produced most of the SS uniforms. Though a press statement that was hushed up in the 50s says there were merely a sewing contractor.
I’m now looking into IBM 😉
mainly in dutch but you get the idea what KLM was up to after the war.

I’ll never drink fanta or coke again….
My conclusion on all of the info i’ve dug up this morning is that the big corporations of Europe & the US backed the rise of fascism as it was the easiest political ideology to make fast money.
The same goes for todays western world now instead of some tin pot dictator being in control its them, thus they built the idea of capitalism.
Instead of chasing down the few 90 year olds that are left the Nazi hunters in Israel should go after these big corporates who actually funded and profited off the Nazis and the Holocaust.
But I doubt that will ever happen.
yeah fanta and coke can do one. Its fucking rank anyway, but i watched some program about this coca cola factory and it basicalyy was slave labour and destroyed the sourounding environment/water systems from all the chemicals involved. I cant watch those utube vids as im at work, but ill give em a look when i get home.
If you want to boycot coke/shwepps/ibm etc completely you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled as they own loads of other companys too as im sure you know.
If your interested in that sort of stuff you may want to read No Logo by Naomi Kein if you havent read it already.
“In No Logo, Klein patiently demonstrates, step by step, how brands have become ubiquitous, not just in media and on the street but increasingly in the schools as well. The global companies claim to support diversity but their version of “corporate multiculturalism” is merely intended to create more buying options for consumers. When Klein talks about how easy it is for retailers like Wal-Mart and Blockbuster to “censor” the contents of videotapes and albums, she also considers the role corporate conglomeration plays in the process. How much would one expect Paramount Pictures, for example, to protest against Blockbuster’s policies, given that they’re both divisions of Viacom?”
Sorry slightly off topic, but i thought you may be interested…
not quite ceased (the company law is complicated, but holding companies are often kept on and only wound up many years later)
IG Farben became Badische Anilin-und Soda Fabrik AG or BASF
Its most well known trademark is a spiral representing a spool of magnetic tape (now still used today by Emtec for digital media)
the colours of this logo are bright red, white and black
on what other flag have most people seen these colours in use?
Oh and I still think the old men should be brought to justice, even if they are hauled out of their nursing homes (which actually happens fairly regularly in Europe) – if someone murders his wife and buries her for 40 years and she is only found today the cops will still nick them, it shouldn’t be any different
one chap what got nicked had actually kept his photo in SS uniform and had it up by his bed in his nursing home room..
gotta agree with that.

I’d hered about the name change of Badische Anilin-und Soda Fabrik AG or BASF. But IG Farben was still trading on the stock exchange till 2003.
I was looking at the said crimes of the ‘most wanted’ nazis now and on the scale of what happend during world war two theres not much there. I think the worst was a captain who’s unit killed 80 civilians in a reprisal or something (the yanks did worse in vietnam and no one was ever tried). I recon they should be exposed but not tried to be honest, its time to focus on war crimes commited more recently.
I still think some major corprates who have up to now not been exposed should be brought to account.
this sort of thing is actually very common.
The names of old holding companies are kept on and trade internally to the newer brands for various reasons Its done to save tax.
Of course you may wonder why the name wasn’t changed, but the harsh truth is that there are many older European people who would do it all again tomorrow and are annoyed “the wrong side” won.. (they are also believed to be helping the extreme right in their countries)
this is true although much of this is actually well known.
the links between the USA and fascism have been exposed a fair few times.it was Prescott Bush who got the deal for IBM to provide indexing systems to the Nazis. The same system is still used to count votes in the USA..
Yet many in that country just say “business is business”..
I think the harsh reality is a lot of people don’t mind jackboots, provided they are the right size for their feet..
A guy I did some engine work on his boat who was in his late 70s, who belive it or not was a real nice old boy turned out to be an ex black shirt and had photos of Oswald Mosley having dinner at his house in the 50s on his mantle piece. He was a senior BNP member…

Was just looking into Nazis that are still at large n theres some pressy nasty ones still out there. The Oddesa network is still alive and fully operational, there are links between Oddesa and Opus Dei of which Charie Blair is beleved to be a member off….
Also the Japanese have gone pretty much unpunished for what they done in WW II and have profited from it..
Even though they got a nuclear bomb dropped on their heads they had electric back on 24 hours later, achieved by sending the low paid Chinese slaves/prisoners into the radioactive zone to put the power back on..
also the rebuilding programme was where the deals were signed for Matushita, Mitsubishi and other big Japanese companies to work together
my nan (who had to hide in a cowshed during the war or she would have ended up as a “comfort woman”) wouldn’t buy a Japanese TV set until the 1980s, but by that time she had no choice..

the japs were probbly worse than the Germans in some ways as they had no value for anyones life not even there own.
i’ve not hered much about the ‘comfort woman’ thing other than my grandad saying that they went through civilian camps taking weston women & indian women off to be whores. My grandad trained civilian & military units in jungle warfare in Burma.
