i got scammed for the first time ever on ebay and it all came about due to an ebay change in their system that i wasnt aware of. a guy said he didnt have a product in stock and apologised but said he would get it back in a few weeks. now i obviously held off of feedback or invoking a dispute until a few weeks had passed. by then it had been 6 weeks from my bid and the i couldnt leave negative feedback OR make a disputer claim. majorly pissed off. In the past you have been able to leave feedback months after your item was closed. I hung onto this in comfort i could ruin his 100% positive feedback. but no he swindled me knowing he could push me over this 6 week mark and he would be home free! fucker!! buyers beware!!
