they are as “herbal” as monosodium glutamate, and are drugs just as much as as amfet, MDMA etc just that authorities haven’t yet made them illegal (this takes about a year to do once the scientists have filed their risk assesments).
Chemically they would be slightly better made than street pills, but even when they have been analysed the ingredients keep changing and they have already been made illegal in NZ, which was formerly tolerant and the source of most of these things.
There is a amnesty period then the law is enforced in October (like what happened with Shrooms)
I suspect the reason why people say “wow these are good and no comedown” is also because many users are more mature and doing less drugs anyway, and don’t binge as much. I’m sure if you do enough of these you will become physically and mentally ill same as any other drug.
I think NZ has a public health service just like ours (most Commonwealth countries do), I wonder if this is yet another backlash and loss of “freedoms” again because people got greedy?
