I am a 26 year old undergraduate criminology student at the University of Chester and I am currently doing a dissertation exploring the use of legal highs.
I am interested in people’s experiences of using legal highs; including how they acccess them, cost issues, why legal highs are chosen over illegal drugs, positive and negative experiences, etc.
There is currently a lack of knowledge and research exploring legal highs and media coverage is biased and so of limited use. Therefore, I feel that obtaining accounts of users’ experiences through chat forums will provide me with the most up to date, representative and accurate accounts.

To start you off, can you please tell me negative and positive aspects of using legal highs, and if you feel they have overtaken illegals such as MDMA
Have you read the mixmag survey, what are your views on recent drug trends? Especially mephedrone, were you surprised.
Also as legal highs are legal, have you had any incidents with police etc, i find this especially interesting as police are arresting and detaining people with legal drugs unfairly.
