I’m a “right-on” type of bloke who absolutely has no problem whatsoever with ambitious young ladies getting a good education, but there’s no guarantee either of them in after graduation with thousands of quid of student debts will still be “on our side” and supportive of our scene…. everyone has a price…
if a regular poster from here had made this post I’d be less suspicious, but even then peoples interests and allegiances change..
the starting salary of a WPC is fairly good compared to other jobs. As a psychology or criminology graduate from a “minority group” there is a fairly quick fast track to higher ranks (uniformed or detective) after just two years of being a bobby.
