Trick is, to not think of your life as based on just cash (cash has its place) but there are other resources to consider – your time. Your welfare. Your stress levels.
If you can take loads of stress without spending a penny, not lose your temper over trivial crap, and keep some kind of perspective over the REALLY important things – your goals, your dreams, making the best of your life that you can – you’re doing OK.
Losing your sense of humour and just going postal might make you feel better but it doesn’t resolve problems.
