you’ve got to be very careful with K. I used pretty heavy on and off for years then stopped doin it about 10 months ago and still feel the negative effects its had on my brain tbh, i’m concerned about it considering my age, short term memory loss n that doesn’t seem to get better which is abit scary. long term damage to the brain from ket are still relatively unknown. do not fuck yourself up coz of the stuff, it’s rubbish.
