  • if you live in a two story house wait upstairs with a huge bucket of COLD water… drench him… or even better a hose…
be really careful about detaining as he will probably have you up for assult.

and keep ringing the police EVERY time it happens so its on recors.. keep a record of the times and dates as well….

it shits me that kids can get away with everything… whats worse is that they know their “rights”.

get a feck load of dried grated chillies in it to.

have you got a camera just wait at the window and see if you can snap a pic of him thats how we got rid of ours they kept breakin our neighbours fence, and climbing on top of the garages and the roof at the front of our flat. you should also keep a note of all the times and dates he has done it.

I think you are allowed to detain him just dont hit him or drag him in your house.

At 13 that kid has only two options. Either carry on being a little cunt and then progressing into an actual cunt or getting a kicking, realising that maybe he shouldn’t be a cunt anymore and it might set him straight. Not saying it’s the way to go but being a limp wristed liberal with the little fuckers doesn’t work anymore.

im with you on this one.

Beware his parents/family though as they may be a lot worse than him. You dont want a fuck load of baseball bat wielding psychos round your house cause you gave the son a kicking.

I recently has some issues with my neighbour. And although i havent got the best relationship with the coppers i had to give em a call as my g/f was getting harrassed. As the women next door is a 40yr old bag i couldnt really resolve the conflict with threats/violence (as she is a woman and violence rarely sorts anything out anyway), probably a good thing TBH as it may have resulted in me getting done.

My advice is keep ringing the coppers everytime it happens they will eventually have to do something as it will reflect on their crime stats.

    good luck.

If matey were to smash that kid up then use of a balaclava is advisable. It’s more frightening and that way he won’t know who done it and everyone is a suspect. He’ll realise that someone he offended beat him but won’t know who. That should put him straight!

my little brothers 13 and luckily he’s not a cunt, but for examples sake if was bein a dick to an adult and they kicked him in, i’d tell him he shouldnt have done it but also (without tellin him so he learns summat) i’d have strong words with the adult in question.

i see what your saying, but what about the 13yr olds that beat and stoned that old guy when he was playing cricket with his son, i cant remember the exact story. Or the 13yr olds that rob grannies/happy slap/mug you/stab people or break into peoples houses ( i know its not all 13yr olds btw). Obviously in an ideal world you’d sit them down and give them some counciling to see why they are being such horrible little shits. But IMO id have kicked fuck out of those kids that stoned that poor guy to death. I know two wrongs dont make a right and meeting violence with violence usually only escalates the problem, but i do think some people need to be taught a lesson that they cant just run about doing what the fuck they like.

Obviously if someone beat seven shades out of your bro your gonna be pissed off, but is it cause he is young or is it cause he’s your bro. If my younger brother was being a little prick and got a slap and i knew it was becasue my bro was being a cock i wouldnt really have an issue with it personally.

There is obviously a difference between giving someone a couple of digs to show them your not a soft touch to totally going psycho with a bat tho. Sounds like the kid in question needs a hefty clout round the ear or a bucket of piss thrown over him!

    the mosscito isn’t predudist :hopeless:

it sounds to me like there’s a whole load of machismo shite being spoken here :you_crazy

apart from the fact that all the evidence from sociological & psychological studies as well as experiences in the penal system show that brutalising people makes the problem worse

children (and he is a child) respond well to clear, fair boundaries. when they don’t get that (particularly at home), they get messed up.

unless he is clinically psychopathic there’s no reason he wouldn’t respond to normal communication or a positive intervention

I don’t know why he’s chosen to kick your door, so just a few tips

if you hit him, you are likely to end up with a serious criminal charge and a lifelong record on the child offenders register. if you attempt a ‘citizen arrest’, be aware that you can only do so in self defence. self defence can also include a reasonable fear that the person you are arresting is going to inflict serious physical harm on someone else immediately unless you intervene. unless you are trained in restraining techniques specific to children, anything you do in a struggle has an increased chance of causing a grevious injury (i.e fracturing a bone) compared to an adult

if him kicking your door and giving your parents verbal is genuinely causing distress (and it sounds like it is) you should; keep a diary of every incident; ask neighbours if they have witnessed any incidents and if so, ask them to write down what they saw (just sticking to the facts, leave out any opinions about the kid); and keep ringing the police… dialling 999 because a kid kicked your door is unlikely to get any response, so call your local police call centre, find out who is your local beat and get them round to explain what has been happening, show them your diary of dates, any witnesses etc. chances are he’s “known” to local cops already, he may already have a youth crime prevention worker assigned to him. these trained professionals are far better to deal with him than you

taking matters into your own hands will just escalate the situation and place you a long way on the wrong side of the law.

basically, smacking anyone is the sure sign of a throwback, no matter how how wound up you get. take a deep breath. he’s just a fucked up little kid. don’t make matters a whole shade worse for yourself by acting on adrenalin. use your head

good luck and let us know how it goes :group_hug

Yeah reading what Globalloon has written is probably the best course of action. :bounce_fl

Maybe the kids trying to get into the ASBO club?! :crazy_diz

get out the winter clothes then kick his head in, nothing to bad, jsut so he learns

better yet, kick his parents heads in so they learn

    fucking spot on glo.
