They usually use older girls who are serving police officers – just out of their two year probationary period as a bobby and starting as CID.
Most forum users and admins know that authorities and families often closely monitor interactions between teenagers and older people for other reasons, this forum is friendly but protective of teenagers as some mods and many other older ravers are old enough to have teenage children of their own and so posing as a young teenager to get info might make the targets more suspicious.
A rookie detective would still be in their early 20s and also have more life experience to ask the “right” questions, and be able to even flirt with a target and arrange meetings without putting herself at risk as she would have backup from the rest of CID.
it would still be a very resource-intensive way of getting basic intelligence info that is given away for free on facebook!
