i have never liked k myself which is handy, done the odd bit 4 a wobble etc. most of my friends however have use it heavily (4,5,6) grams a week 4 about 10 years. long term effects not good at all, it’s addictive 4 a start so even though they know their doin themselves f-all good they continue to knacker their brain (emotional problems,paranoia,memory etc etc) most also have various other heath problems including stomach ulcers,battered guts generally, caved in noses ect. sounds pretty negative really but have watched them do this for years so it’s just how i c it.
anyways my advice personally would be to try and use all drugs resonsibly as possible and try and be in touch with how your body feels..however thats easy 4 me 2 say as i sometimes go beserk on mdma-methwizz rampages that can last a whole party season..erm oh well look after yourselves everyone peace..:smile:
