am takin Aripripozal, citalpopram and pregabalin, this combo keeps me lucid and not depressed..before other stuff like risperodal and Olanzipine were very bad. I self medicate and function fine. I agree that psychiatry is not the only answer. Taking thngs long term is not so good for the body and mind. I have had CBT| and that has helped.

The moment a pdoc heres ‘moody’ or anything of that sort over here they just give you a Quetiapine script or something and send you on your way. God Bless America :rolleyes:
