Haha! That’s quality. I’m sure there did used to be a school prog called look around you? I hadn’t realised it was a spoof until the largest number bit.
There’s a better Look Around You series with Peter Serafinowicz and that woman from Peep Show in it, I can’t find it anywhere though and I lost my DVD 🙁

there was one called “Look Around” (basically the “middle school” age version of “stop look listen” which was for infants and junior school) which ATV made – I would have thought you’d have been too young to have seen it, although Central might have either carried on making it or repeated the old ATV films.
The first one was also based on a Granada programmed called “Experiment” which showed science experiments (and rather boring ones too – and this is from someone with an interest in science!
The second series was based on “Tomorrows World” which was a BBC popular science programme with its heyday in the 1980s. it got stopped about 10 years ago as apparently “technology was moving too fast” and people got their info off the Internet, although the only thing I remember from Tomorrows World which actually made it to regular use was the Fairlight CMI synthesiser – an early form of sampler..
