      I got 4 lortabs (imprint M358) I took 2 the other day and I felt really good but it took a while to kick in. Today I took 2 1/2 and I feel nothing! Why is this?

        Depends on how recently you ate. If you took 2 1/2 on an empty stomach you would feel it more than on a full one.
