I went to this party once on a sunday night, there was some techno on. someone gave me a pill, it was extacy, then someone offered me a line of ketamine. It gets a bit hazy after that but i’m sure i did some speed and some acid, but i distinctly remember drinking 15 cans of stella. You should tell that story, maybe someone could even write a song about it.

Hey guys,
I write for a fashion/art/club/music magazine based in London, and am working a feature on free party culture for our upcoming issue.
Does anyone know any squat parties/free raves that are happening soon in the London area (no later than next Friday 19th), or any organisers that I could get in contact with?
I’m also looking for London-based people who have been to some of these events recently and had interesting experiences – especially those events that took place in the South London area (Peckham/Deptford etc). I’d like to know what it is that you like about these parties, how you find out about them, and how does the overall experience compare to that of club culture?
