Bit of advice –
I am not sure this is common knowledge amoungst folk but the little sachets of Dioralyte are a very good way of preventing the effects of the day after a night on e. It is a widely available very cheap sachet and when mixed into water provide a huge quantity of salts sugars and most importantly ions that combat the effects of dehydration. They flood the body with ickle nice things that make life heaps easier…the long version is that… Dehydration is a misnomer, the bodys heat is controlled in part by the quantity of interstitial fluids that contain in solution untold potassium and sodium ions. It is these ions that are used by each cell to run the sodium potassium pumps that move water molecules in and out of that cell.These are also the ions that are lost when pissing and sweating and other wet body functions. Dosing yourself with these ions will ensure that your body has to work a shitload less when trying to maintain its delicate mechanisms that keep you alive. Which is pretty much all everyone wants in the end. these sachets can be bought all over the place even in the odd petrol station and cost tuppence, litertally, the chemist down the road sells them at ten pence a sachet, stay away from the black currant flavour, euck…just say you have the runs and require them, these are the drugs they send in huge containers to the drought swept african states, it saves countless lives and perhaps one day yours.
Also imagine what ammo they would have against us after all the deaths from e stop.. which are nearly all cases of severe dehydration.. no more leah betts and way less hassle for recreational users, notice the kids that die are mostly the type that were in basildon night clubs drinking pint after pint of whatever shite the brewery is promoting down their throats and then munch a single solitary dubious pill only to keel over via a tear jerking coma right onto a first page headline grabber in the sun, E Virgin Murdered By Pill Freak… only to see undernath the papers “buy a weeks papers and get free booze” coupon.
The thing is no one else will take the time to look after us, we are an underclass however professional we are, they wont even let us buy testing kits, fuck em, do what you need to do to sweep the rug from under their feet, get fucking pie eyed and pasty faced and dance your arses off, weekend after weekend after weekend.
