Well look. You couldn’t take any more pain and you tried to stop the pain with an overdose. Which didn’t happen.
True, it damaged you… but you survived and you learned what really matters to you – the love of those that you love.
Blood pressure can be controlled mentally, without drugs. Ever tried that?
You made a mistake… EVERYBODY makes mistakes. Important thing is that we learn from them.
The person whom I found it most difficult to forgive was me. I think maybe you are having a similar problem, along with all the problems that you have and I do not… and of course I have problems that you don’t have.
Life is problems. Living is sorting problems out. Can take years, decades. But they can be sorted, so long as you don’t give up sorting them.
(I’m BLOODY AWFUL for putting things off, by the way.)
You are wrong so many times in that post I don’t even know where to start. You do like to make assumptions without any data don’t you.

Well, on that basis you did exactly the right thing when you tried to suicide… er…
… I tried to help you, if you are happy swimming in the Egyptian river I’ll just leave you to it.

No its reduced my lifespan and given me high blood pressure.
I know that’s simply a statement not a joke but made me lol for some reason.
Seems the overall consensus is I need to exercise more. I’m not saying this couldn’t improve my well being a bit but this isn’t bog standard depression I’m dealing with. If it was I wouldn’t be having more mood swings than a pregnant nympho being denied cock.

It’d help with your sleep too, which I think could be a major contributor. My sleepless weeks tend to be my most mood-swingy and I’ll go into mania and then hit rock bottom and then be twitchy.

Nah I’ve already sussed the two are independent of each other, or rather the insomnia can affect mood but generally in a positive manner yet my mood has no impact on my insomnia. Although clearly when I’m sleep deprived just because I’m in a good mood doesn’t mean I perform well.

Exercise works wonders though man. Make sure you do something you can enjoy though, it’ll also provide you with a nice hobby to help you fill up your time now that you aren’t smoking weed.
elements of a safe, effective workout program are Regularity, strength, and time or length,
Do not speed up your exercise too quickly, If you are obese and out of fitness….

Mental health isn’t something to be ignored.
go for a awesome lengthy stroll, take in in the wonderful air and wariness were getting, rest, go returning, and proceed your day, gradually they will get the factor and quit, if they don’t….
So as many of you are now aware I have quite a few mental health problems which I struggle with on a daily basis. What some of you may not know is that I’m also a keen writer and would one day like to make a career out of it.
As mental health issues are something close to my heart and something I am knowledgeable on from both personal experience and the line of work I used to carry out I think this would be an ideal place to start.
For a long time I have been contemplating whether or not to start writing a blog so others can see what it is like for someone like myself living with mental illness on a day to day basis. If I were to do this it would be more a means of me expressing myself more than anything, but also for those curious as to this side of life it could be an informative and interesting read. Perhaps you even could relate to parts of it yourself, or someone you know.
If you would be at all interesting in reading this (if I go about starting it lol) then please PM me. If nobody seems interested I will not be offended so don’t feel obligated to encourage me; I will simply keep it to myself.
Also if anyone has any questions they’d like to ask or anything you’d like to talk about PM me.
Peace, love and good Vibes
xx
