I’m curious though, how does swine flu start as in what are the starting symptoms and how long does it take to fully take hold. I only ask cos i got what feels like a sore throat, am aching a little bit and can’t stop sneezing. Feeling a bit run-down as well.
Felt fine yesterday and woke up today feeling proper fraggled, Hopefully it is a comedown from the weekend but you can’t be too careful eh :hopeless:
All day sat she was laying on sofa really lethargic, sat evening felt better and went round her mums. On sun morn she had work and got back at 12-30 looking like death and said she had no idea how she got through. By sun night like regular flu then mon morn she had a glassy eyed daydreamy look and a really swollen throat n wrists, achy all over especially joints, slightly nauseated and couldnt swallow food.
Tamiflu seems to work really quickly, she is now up and aboutand eating again, throat is down quite a bit but still tired n achy, she started taking it mon at 3.20pm. Although my misses is fit, she’s a swimming teacher, she is a bit run down due to other issues at the minute.
Neice has now also been put on Tamiflu and put under same restrictions, No visitors n stay in for 5 days.
