if you caught it in many parts of the Thames especially downstream of Teddington thats already what has happened to it.
seriously though I would not suggest combining a psychedelic stimulant with a “normal” RC stimulant unless you really want to stretch out the high for more hours/days and have some experience of both and dosage levels.
With the cheapness and availability of todays RC’s its frighteningly easy to end up in the Emergency Department and needing various forms of healthcare treatment which especially for the OP being (I think) American is even more unpleasant and potentially expensive too.
