From what I understood at the time his family wanted it to be shown and I agree with that. Too much of of the subject of death is kept behind closed doors, made a taboo subject. I don’t see anything wrong with the subject of death and dying being a little more accessable and commonplace and I say that as someone that has seen her fair share.

Actually, i think you make a good point here. Hadn’t really thought about him as an exploiter. You do have a right to your opinion – especially seen as it has been asked.

However, saying that we all claim to be ‘hippy type people’ and saying we are ‘full of shit’, and then ending with “And that is the fact of the matter” does make you a tit.

He loved his work and even when he was stung he didn’t blame the sting ray from what i read , but i think the point of being stung or death shouldn’t be shown . He might not have minded but you gotta think of his relatives and friends ……could really upset them .
