They opened a similar sort of place in my town a couple of years ago alongside the new University and crews from here tried to put on events and were refused flat out initially – I expect this was because of these concerns.
Eventually the management did allow some EDM events but by that time the place was already running at a loss and closed end of last year.
Bank holliday multi riggs usually have loads of kids and mums with prams tun up on the sunday daytime. Kids go to glasto and other fests so why no an illegal party
lol uk is well uppity… and everyone knows what the sun is

Tbh I’m more outraged that anyone would name their kid Django. IMO that’s reason enough to call Social Services.
Wow you really are an ignorant cretin. He’s not named after the Jamie Foxx character. He’s named after Django Reinhardt (google it) so you’re only making yourself look stupid there
Are you his Dad or something?
From what I read it wasn’t a rave; her sister was playing at the gig in some community hall type place and the baby had ear defenders on. Cant say I see a problem with it, its not like it was a squat party.
Its just the Sun being the Sun really. Amazed its still printed considering how cheap loo roll is these days.

I know who Django Reinhardt is. I also know who Engelbert Humperdinck is, but that fact wouldn’t excuse me if I named my kid after him.

The Sun certainly isn’t the best quality journalism and the article was scraped from facebook and parenting forums apparently but I’d rather live in a country where people anr press are free to report social concerns and others are equally free to challenge the reports than those which have this façade of false optimism and bury bad news.
Whats curious is increasingly I’m finding my parents generation to be way more open minded and tolerant than even many younger people. Perhaps its because this generation have got financial and emotional stability in spite of the worlds problems and are also old enough to remember truly the Cold War, strong government of various political shades and Europe with borders before multiculturalism – so even if they complain about something a lot they often will rather have a “friendly word” first than go straight to the authorities and demand retribution.
if this had been some social event with a wider age group the worst that would have happened is a gaggle of granny ladies all wanting to coo over the baby rather than grassing the mum up to the heddlu and social services..
