  • Brekkie – 1 banana and apple juice and 1 bowl of cereal if available

    11am – 2 oranges

    Lunch – 2 pints of red juice and 1 apple followed by salad

    dinner – 2 pints of red juice and 1 banana followed by salad

    As of next week will commence weight training and boxing and random long distance runs

    I have a good feeling that it will work

    I think you need some calories to burn. Fruits are a good way to start a diet but I would recommend you to drink lots of water. Avoid sweet things such as snacks, soda, etc. Also avoid salty food or your body will start absorbing any kind of liquid.

    A balanced diet comprising of diverse and healthy foods is key to promoting good health. The basis of any weight gain diet should contain nutritious, high calorie foods. If you find to hard to put on weight then the greatest challenge you face is to consume enough energy without feeling full all the time. Don’t worry it can be done… quite easily!

    Yeah I would get something other then fruit and salad into your diat … NOT JUNK FOOD! But maby a healthy meat/or meat substitute so you can get your protines and carbs

    ESPESH is you’re gonna be doing alot of physical excersize as you’ll need the carbs to have nrg. 😉

    as long as it’s balanced diat and your doing excersize you should loose weight.

    I’m no expert, but for me exercise is the key – diet, providing it’s sensible, doesn’t need to change too much (there’s too much emphasis on diets these days IMO – lazy people looking for quick fixes). You’ll certainly need more than salad if you’re dong weight training and long-distance runs – eggs, rice, pasta etc…and meat if you’re not vege (steamed chicken, fish etc).

    What’s red juice?

    Uh for me, exercise never works, except to improve fitness. I lose weight best when I just don’t eat much. But i’m not sure that’s so good for you. (:

    The Lose Weight Diet is simple because it isn’t based on a gimmick or a fad. Like I said, it is the anti-fad diet plan. It cuts right to the chase and eliminates all of the unnecessary tasks most commercial weight loss diet plans require you to do.

    You must drink 10 glasses of water each day

    1. All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.

    2. All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.

    3. A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.

    4. Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities.

    5. Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef. Hamburger is OK. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.

    6. Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.

    7. Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

    Im not an expert er nuffin, but i use a mad combo of things to help me lose weight.

    i combines like 3 diet plans into one, to come up with something i like.

    and also added the help of thermogenics and caffeine for when i work out.

    I weight in at 250lbs (i know, i is a fattling)

    heres the rules:

    rule #1 – Keep your body guessing: never, stick to the same foods, or the same caloric intake for any periods of time. sooo no limiting your calories, eat what you want, just in portions.

    rule #2 – dont over do it : dont excerise daily, psssh, theres no need to, despite what studies have shown…

    rule #3 – uhhhm, should there even be a rule #3??? oh well…lol…dont stress it: stress is a great way to convert the things you eat into icky fats that collect round the body, sooo, keep it yellow my friend. ^_^

    Hi bryonbond,

    Besides regular exercises this is what I am taking these days to lose weight. Feel free to comment on it.

    1 small salad bowl with 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of steamed brown rice.

    Turkey sandwich with whole brown bread
    10 ounces of top round steak with 2 boiled potatoes and 1 cup of no fat cottage cheese,
    Egg white omelet with 2 slices of whole wheat toast,
    1 small salad bowl with wit 10 ounces of salmon fish and 2 cups of whole wheat pasta.

    Eat Low GI foods.

    doesn’t look very healthy to me though it depends what kind of salad. Fruit has a lot of sugar in it by the way, you want something more balanced.

    Down to 63 kilos now raaa – although had to eat a lot less and cut down loads on beer 😥

    but ever since that business with the whistle Poly found I was determined to slim down, not that I wanted to wear one (I’d look like a Chinese gangster and probably get hounded by feds and border agency) but I was shocked to find I’d gone to large (Chinese) size…

    Well my diet is simple. I eat fruits and vegetables in my diet because these food are best diet food and have lot of benefits. Thanks everyone for sharing your diet plans. I will try to follow these diet plans.
