Actually in Malaysia, for the most part street prices ARE very standard, even from dealer to dealer. It follows a very steady market rate…one guy raises his price, everyone soon follows suit. One drops, the rest follow too. The only exception is if you’re buying ‘on location’ i.e. in a club or KTV whereby the prices tend to double or even triple.
It also helps that K is always sold in standard ‘sets’ of 5g each, so the value is quite well known if you’re a consumer.
You only get really low prices if you’re a regular of a particular dealer and are willing to buy in bulk…
