I wonder if this could actually be the problem? the Met’s “Form 696” comes to mind, and the (sadly sometimes understandable) prejudices of cops against urban music of all kinds

I would try moving the event to venutes out of Metpol jurisdiction but Essex, Suffolk, TVP, Surpol, Hertspol and Bedfordshire all tend to get briefed by the Met about dance music events anyway…

well i don’t think we can move it too far from where we are based as most of the people who are def going are from round here ..and would’t go if it’s too far away (travel into london is so much easyer and cheeper than out into essex)
