Just because someone is homeless, doesn’t make them a thief! People can be homeless for loads of reasons. I was sitting in the pub with agent 15 about a year ago and invited a homeless guy outside the pub in for a drink, he’d lost his business about 6 months earlyer due to the resession and couldn’t pay the bills and lost his house.
This also means all homeless people arn’t all smack heads , but alot of them if not will know someone who is as there are a lot of people on smack who are homeless as they take it to deal with there situation (sleeping rough in the cold etc..) The ones who are will normally hook you up if you sought them out, but as allways there are the odd few people who want to take you cash/drugs without your consent … this is why I say be carefull as there are allways the odd few who you need to keep an eye out for.
