My advice personally is, DO NOT do this drug in high quantities if significantly anxious. It will only likely exacerbate any present negative emotion, manifesting in what can be quite terrifying experiences. Remember, not everybody is built for these sorts of drugs.
But, don’t let that put you off too much. If you enjoy it in small doses you’ll probably be fine on higher doses. Also Ketamine is one of those drugs that demands respect, if you don’t respect it it will be merciless. Few substances have the power to bring a man down so quickly and abruptly; one second you can be fine and without warning a wave of its potency can knock you sideways. But that respect for me presents itself in the form of fear. Each and every time I’m about to take it I get butterflies in my stomach, but past experiences tell me I enjoy the weird shit once I’m there. I think the day I don’t get nervous prior to taking it is the day I seriously reconsider how much I want to do this.
