I can fulfill either of those requests, the scooter or the 50 cal but not both in tandem, my boss said something about not aiding nascent terrorist organizations, which I take to mean not arming old folks.
We are not terrorists, just disgruntled with poor health, crappy grandchildren and other old people.
It is only a matter of time till ya’ll start blowing yourselves up in bingo halls.
in my town there have already been several incidents of the (mostly middle aged and female) clientele of the local bingo hall kicking off at each other to the point the Police have attended and arrested several of them – the place nearly got a licensing restriction on it :laugh_at:
Bingo is the game of the OAP mobsters and gangsters lol

I’m coming to bingo night sometime.
You should be terrified if you see a group of elderly women proceeding down the street all with distinctive blue rinses.

these small cameras (if not securely fixed to something solid) will exaggerate even the slightest movement. when they are used as “action cams” this is often accepted (as it makes whoever is doing the active stuff look more big, tough and strong)
I noticed the same whilst watching a bit of ETWN Germany a few weeks ago. it was during one of short videos they transmit aimed at “the young people” (i.e anyone from 18 to my age) encouraging them to attend Mass, Confession etc (it is hard enough getting the older people to do so).
ETWN DE also use a lot of these small cameras (like better versions of CCTV cameras) for live transmissions from churches. Their HQ in Köln is conveniently next door to some specialist electronics company run by a Professor type chap which specialises in custom equipment like this.
Unlike the USA the Germans and other Europeans are not likely to tolerate a “Hollywood style” setup in the middle of a service especially in churches built in ancient times – there is not enough space for it as well as the distractions it would cause (its tempting for the lighting director to overdo things making the end result look more like a movie set than a real church; which is sadly exactly what currently happens at Alabama).
The mini “church cams” are amazingly good quality; some appear to be be installed permanently and the used to stream services to older people / foreigners who are not able to physically to church; they also provide useful recording facilities for teaching religious brothers and sisters how to hold Mass (there is a Catholic University in a remote part of Austria with a well equipped audio visual production unit; I remember having to send them replacement equipment in the early 2000s as well as EWTN).
In the “youth video” much was taken up by shots of the lad riding his bicycle to church to attend Confession (driving there alone in a motor car would be deemed sinful because of the environment impact).
these shots were from a “bike cam” and those looked much more “faster” and full of “action” given that he was clearly riding on roads with a decent surface [compared to the UK] and unlikely be faster than 20 km/h even if he were fit enough to do so (or he might soon hear “STOP! POLIZEI!” and have even more sins to confess – although under European law it may be EWTN who have to pay the traffic violation fine).
